Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Charter Zinsode ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit charter-zinsode.cfd (the "Site") or submit a registration request. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: first name, surname, email address, mobile number and the country linked to that number.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate (country-level) location;
  • browser, device, operating system and language settings;
  • pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit;
  • campaign and referral parameters in the link you used (for example click IDs or sub-IDs).

Some of this is collected through cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

  • to process your registration request and contact you by phone or email;
  • to pass your request to partner investment service providers who can offer you access to their services;
  • to pre-select your country in the phone field and show relevant content;
  • to measure the performance of the Site and our campaigns;
  • to prevent fraud, misuse and duplicate submissions;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

4. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to:

  • Partner service providers — financial and investment businesses that receive your request so they can contact you, under their own privacy policies;
  • Technology providers — hosting, lead-management, IP-geolocation and analytics services acting on our instructions;
  • Advertising partners — such as Meta, when measurement pixels are active;
  • Government authorities — where required or authorised by law.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some recipients may be located outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

6. Data retention and security

We keep registration data only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally no more than 24 months after your last interaction — unless the law requires longer. The Site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to personal information is restricted. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

7. Access and correction

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9. Age restriction

The Site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
